Just watched Iron Man
I am a little late with this review, but better late than never. I never got to into comic books so I cant really say which was better, I can say it was some what of a let down. Most of the people I know saw the movie and praised it like no other. It may be because I had heard so much hype about it and being so late in the game I had way to high of expectations. I am totally into “movie effects” and “unreal situations” but when it comes to future, science, and technology in movies, it turns me off. I guess the “future” for me as a kid was always the year 2000, and let me tell you it is not what I pictured it being now that we are in 2008. So movies really ruin it for me when they depict the “future” and advances in technology.
The action and story line to the story was pretty good, keeps you on the edge for sure. I just didn’t like how they had to throw in the assistant played by Gwyneth Paltrow who is madly & secretively in love with her boss “Iron Man” played by Robert Downey Jr. I mean why do we always need a sad puppy dog love story thrown in there and allow it ti be so predictable. As I predicted the crush becomes more serious between the two characters, I mean Gwyneth Paltrow is great, but she seemed so desperate in the movie, and I didn’t like that, I am used to seeing her in stronger rolls.
I really wish I would not have waited so long to see the movie as I am sure my opinion might have been a better one. Over All, I wasn’t impressed.

Hi there,
I looked over your blog and it looks really good. Do you ever do link exchanges on your blog roll? If you do, I’d like to exchange links with you.
Let me know if you’re interested.
Thanks..
